Refund Policy

14-Day Returns: CYOMI offers a 14-day no-reason return policy. To initiate a return, contact us with your order information. Items must be undamaged and not affect secondary sales to qualify for a refund.

Shipping Fees for Returns: If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), you will not bear the shipping costs.

Free Repairs: If your silicone product requires repair after long-term use, simply pay for postage and we will repair it for free.

Customization Exclusions: Note! Customization services (e.g., "Mould Line Removal", "Larger Areola", "Back Zipper") are final sale. Due to their bespoke nature, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds. View Customization Services.
